The talk on the streets...there's a buzz around town and the name on everyone's lips is Silver Stage Players ! We like to list the comments about our company here on our talk page to let people know we are listening to them. These are just a sampling of the comments we get in snail mail, e-mail, over the phone, and in person:
"Y'all were
great guests and the show went off like clockwork. Congratulations
for a job well-done!"
Krinn of Jarbidge, Nevada on the Jarbidge Centennial Celebration production of The Last U.S. Mail Stage Robbery: A Mellerdrammer of Truth & Fiction (2009)
"Pam & I loved every minute of it. The staging and tech work was excellent.
Each cast member was delightful and the fact they were having
fun was evident. The guy and girl role between the table and characters
was an extra fun touch. Aslo including the audience was a great
idea.
We think the whole idea was a winnner and we hope to see more.
We would certainly attend ! This looks like a win win for the Silver
Stage Players and the community!"
Mel and Pam Flores of Spring Creek, Nevada on the murder mystery dinner theater production of Death of a Doornail (2009)
"Frank, as
far as the show on Saturday, I loved it! I think
the Silver Stage Players are doing a great job... keep it up!."

"*applause*
SSP did an awesome job on your murder mystery dinner theater! We loved
it! Yes, we enjoyed the performance and its ambiance.
Even though
we didn’t know the other guests at our table, we had a great time
sharing this experience with them. We really appreciated that tables
seated only six people, great thinking! We would most definitely
attend another event such as this! Again, great job to all of you! We
greatly appreciate your hard work and talent."
Della-Mae and Terry Kuchta of Elko, Nevada on the murder mystery dinner theater production of Death of a Doornail (2009)
“It was
a big and awesome shoe, a really awesome BIG shoe. There were 5 other
adults that accompanied me to the event. We had fun and the performance
was great. The best part was is that it of course was a legitimate performance
by a bunch of dedicated volunteers that make up Silver Stage Players.
The set and ambience that was created added to the personal experience.
I so wished that I was a part of the show!"
Delmo Andreozzi- Elko, Nevada on the murder mystery dinner theater production of Death of a Doornail (2009)

the other night, it was the bomb, I really enjoyed it."

“ We
(Lee and I) thought it was a good performance and we would consider going
along again. I think
the actors did a great job. Good thing is you teamed up with the Flying
Fish, and their food is always great, so that’s a pull for me.
On the food – it
was great, no complaints from our end.
Service was great. Job well done!."
Sherry Sampson- Elko, Nevada on the murder mystery dinner theater production of Death of a Doornail (2009)

"It was
a great show!"

“I bet Mamet
himself would have loved to see this production and
what they did with it. Even though it was from a smaller acting group,
they
posses great talent, true dedication, and I can see nothing coming from
them in
the future but being on at least an equal footing with professionals,
and I can
guarantee that I will be there watching. "
Damno Valens- Reviewer, The Rant, of Elko, Nevada on Glengarry Glen Ross (2007)
" No watered
down version, this! An impressive production of Glengarry Glen Ross but
not for the easily offended. This production reflected
accurately the Mamet play, not typical in a small town like Elko. The
performance of the actors playing the two main characteters was super.
While watching you could imagine Jack
Lemmon (Mel Flores) and Al Pacino (Derek Burwell) playing off of each
other in the movie version. And the Alex Baldwin (Kenny Rose) movie character
was close as well. The setting was also unique. The audience (suprisely
60% women) sat on stage close to the actors in a set where you felt like
you were actually in Chicago with the L train rushing past the window.
A rewarding
experience, don't miss it."
From Mystery Man on the Town, an Elko Daily Free Press online article comment on Glengarry Glen Ross (2007)
"It
was really good!"
Sarah Conner of Elko, Nevada on Glengarry Glen Ross (2007)
